It will consist of all the members of ACT as on the date of the meeting of the General Body.

It will meet at least once a year to receive the report of the work done and accounts from the EC and to lay down policy decisions. It will also appoint auditors and fix their remuneration.

At least one month's notice will be required to call a meeting of the General Body.

The quorum for the meeting of the General Body will be one-tenth of the total membership or fifty whichever is less. If the quorum is not satisfied, the meeting shall be adjourned and held after half an hour and the members present shall constitute the quorum and shall consider the same agenda.
